Andor | Internet account security: the companies don't invest in real technical support. They outsource generic tech "support" call centers from third-party overseas companies, often based in the Philippines or Mexico. Those third-party companies run their own policies and protocols that are shady, neglectful, avoidant, and fraudulent. | 08:26:02 |
Andor | For example, Google doesn't offer customer service or tech support. There's a feedback submissions portal in Chrome and Drive, but no one returns any communications for follow-up.
So Google offers a subscription-based tech "support" that routes to a scripted call center located in the Philippines. They cannot fix anything or communicate with anyone that is not already available to users in the form of the feedback portals and the completely wireles worthless "Support" help pages. So even the level 3 managers still only follow script, apologize for not being able to help with anything, and merely refer users to the public support pages. None of them are "Google escort experts," as the Google One service states. The whole Google One service is fraudulent because the service take requires a paid subscription and doesn't "have the tools" to correct anything, especially account security sign-in and recovery issues. | 08:36:42 |
Andor | Large internet companies are all doing this. | 08:37:09 |
Andor | Ebay won't unlink an inaccessible Google account from sign-in, and Google won't unlink the immediate inaccessible account from third-party websites. Not even Google One tech support managers! | 08:38:43 |
Andor | This ultimately functions by a trap-door design that companies use by various methods to lure users into deceptive services and links that redirect into account complications or somehow render the account into an inaccessible terminal annex. This is a major global issue in the form of internet account security avoidance. | 08:43:13 |
