@marisaescu:matrix.orgmarisaescuI spoke with Xfinity. The problem has been resolved. However, if anyone continues to have issues they should call Xfinity to have them do a hard reset of the modem. It takes about 10 minutes and solved my connection issues. Thx13:58:48
