gwok | ok crobibero , I have it working. Have no idea what I did the first time around. This time I used the "Pushover" destination and put the above in the template but hardcoded the tokens and it worked. Then I worked back to populating the variables and it still worked. Maybe the first time I stuffed up the webhook URL. You might want to edit the description for the "Webhook Url" for each destination. It currently says "For linking to content. Include base url." which I think is a cut and paste error from the Server URL at the top of the config page and is at odds with the field title. This should be more descriptive to make it clear its actually the webhook destination URL. It's reasonably obvious, but my lack of coffee means I think the first time I actually did put my jellyfin base URL there. | 04:13:09 |
gwok | FYI, the debug never worked though, got absolutely nothing in the logs. | 04:17:25 |
crobibero | ahhh ok, I'll be sure to do that | 04:46:18 |
crobibero | I'm not sure why the logging never worked, I'll have to take another look | 04:46:35 |

inahd | sharing an api key with sonarr/radarr doesn't seem to make new downloads appear in jellyfin (quickly). am i misunderstanding what is supposed to happen? | 11:40:44 |
inahd | seems i still need to manually scan for new files, for them to appear | 11:41:28 |
artiume | might need to check the logs to see whats going on. both on jellyfin and radarr/sonarr | 12:19:22 |
inahd | not sure what to look for... | 13:08:31 |
inahd | hehe well the ip address needed changing in the sonarr connection, for one thing | 13:12:51 |
inahd | doesn't explain radarr though | 13:14:06 |
artiume | ive never used it so im not sure either | 13:19:17 |

neil | In reply to @inahd:matrix.org sharing an api key with sonarr/radarr doesn't seem to make new downloads appear in jellyfin (quickly). am i misunderstanding what is supposed to happen? Are you using the "Emby" connector? | 13:40:43 |

mr.chip53 | Library scanning on 10.7 seems to be pretty fast. I'd say just change the library scan to happen every 15, 30 or 45 minutes | 17:36:23 |

artiume | eh, that's a workaround. i could never do that since my media is cloud based and i'd hammer myself into api bans. | 21:45:49 |
mr.chip53 | I had scans every 15 min with plex. JF 10.6 was pretty slow so I did 45 I'll probably change it to 30 or 15 again now that I'm on 10.7 | 22:15:01 |
artiume | i have mine set to sunday's and thursdays x) | 22:15:43 |
