It works in case of apt, dnf and pacman. Even if they update themselves and I don't restart

As far as I know, you do not necessarily have to restart your PC after an update, only if you want to take advantage of the new kernel version or the shared libraries of running programs.

@princeofgrass: As @pontaoski already said, isn´t this is a "normal" behaviour of a PM and does not mean that the PM is broken or faulty. Please correct me if I am wrong.
