| Shoubaneh Hemmati | Hi Ying, in proposal I would look for familiarity with DL, overall technical proficiency, etc. Its ok (to me at least) if the proposal is not covering the astro concepts fully or accurately. I would encourage anyone planning to submit a proposal to start uploading it to the official https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com portal. You should be able to keep modifying it until the deadline, but honestly that and sending the link here are the most reasonable ways to share it with the admins and mentors before the deadline.
