 phil | We have been fielding questions about upgrading TH level as of late, and have come up with rules for our warring members, regular and CWL. You may only upgrade th level if all buildings, walls, and troop upgrades are max. All heroes must be within a combined 3 level of max for each TH level, exception for TH9 25/25. Before adding new defensive structures, heroes must be caught up to previous th level. Upgrading from Th11 to TH12 requires atleast 50% of walls to be maxed.
