I got the CoreELEC running from SD card.
I downloaded the latest release Armbian 22.11.0 Aml s905w bullseye.
After flashing the image to disk I renamed the file u-boot-s905x-s912.bin to u-boot.ext.
After that I remove the file extension bak from the file extlinux/extlinux.conf.bak and change fdt to /dtb/amlogic/meson-gxl-s905-p281.dtb.
Then I unmount the boot partition and insert the SD card into the box. Press the hidden reset button with toothpick and insert power.
